NEW S5 CONNECT Electric Trolley

The most technologically advanced product in the Motocaddy range and a world ‘first’ in the trolley sector. The new S5 CONNECT can be linked to the fully-featured Motocaddy GPS App via a Bluetooth™ connection on any compatible smartphone; allowing the trolley’s digital display to be used in place of a conventional GPS, offering front, middle and back distances to the green along with par of the hole, plus a clock and round timer.

Offering the ultimate in on-course connectivity, the S5 CONNECT can also receive notifications alerting the golfer of a missed call, text, email or range of app alerts, including WhatsApp and Facebook. Notifications can be preset within the Motocaddy app settings, giving you complete control over which are received. The mobile phone can remain connected even when securely placed in the pocket of a golf bag or being charged by the trolley’s patented USB charging port.

In addition to the innovative ‘smart’ technology, the S5 CONNECT includes the modern look and features found on the latest S-Series models, including a soft-touch ergonomic handle; streamlined battery tray; Adjustable Distance Control (up to 45m) and the exclusive super-fast QUIKFOLD mechanism.

Warranty information

Standard Warranty Conditions

The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty (12 month Lead-acid / 24 month Lithium) and can be registered online using our Battery Warranty Registration form.

The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct on 01279 712370 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy to follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These warranties are non-transferrable.


Motocaddy Lithium Warranty (valid for sales from 01/01/17)

The Motocaddy Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24-month warranty, Motocaddy now offer a 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) on the battery (this excludes the charger). Both the standard and 5-year warranties only cover purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland, for use in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

In order to qualify for the 5-year warranty (additional 3-years) the battery must be registered online using the relevant Warranty Registration form within 45 days of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy warrant that all LiFePO4 Lithium batteries will retain 75% of the original rated capacity (Wh).

The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase. We also reserve the right depending on location to charge for shipping on any new replacement battery and this will be at our discretion at the time of replacement.

Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 5 year limited warranty.

The LitePower battery and charger are both covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered.

It is important to note that the Battery Management System (BMS) in your LitePower battery is designed to protect your battery from over discharge - a condition proven to seriously shorten the life of your battery. If the battery is left discharged for more than two weeks, the BMS may prevent charging to protect the battery. If this occurs, please contact LitePower for advice. If a reset is required, the remaining warranty period will be voided.

The standard LitePower warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the battery and charger within this region. If you encounter a problem with your battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

Electric Trolley Trade In

We offer a trade in service in-store and it is now also available through the website.

Come in-store with your old trolley and receive £50, or alternatively you can mail your trolley to us and order a new trolley through our website to be delivered to you. We pay £50 for a used electric trolley complete with battery and charger (must be in working order)

To do this in-store simply pop into our store at Corsham or Swindon with your unwanted electric trolley.

To do this online, you can mail your trolley to us with your contact info and we will contact you upon it's arrival and will charge for your new trolley minus £50. Or to speed things up you can purchase your new trolley which will arrive with you the next day, then use the box you received to send the trolley back to us for a £50 refund.

We now offer 0% finance as a payment option!

Your finance amount must be for £250 or more, you can place a larger order and pay some of the figure as a deposit though. For example, if your order was £500 you could pay it all on 0% finance or you could pay a deposit of say £200 and pay £300 on 0% finance. You can pay any deposit you like as long as at least £250 remains to be paid on finance, but it can help you to get accepted if you are paying a deposit.

We can offer 0% finance over 6 months, 10 months or 12 months.

Finance is available to customers who:

  • Are 18 years or older.
  • Are resident in the UK for 3 years.
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits.
  • Have a credit or debit card registered to their home address.
  • Provide an address on their application which is the same as on their credit file.
  • Where delivery is needed, the above address must also be the delivery address.
  • Are happy for there to be a credit check performed when they submit their application.
