Which courier do you use?
We use DHL as our courier for all UK deliveries and we use DHL for all European deliveries. Outside of Europe would be Parcel Force Global Priority.
How do I track my parcel?
Tracking details will be sent to you with a link to click, also alerts from our courier will be sent to your email and a text sent to your mobile if you provide a mobile telephone number. In addition to this our couriers will send a notification on the morning of delivery informing you of a 1 hour delivery window (this only applies to UK mainland) You would need to provide your email address or mobile number for this.
When will I receive my order?
This would depend on where it is being delivered, but for most areas of the UK it would be next day delivery. You will receive updates after your order confirming when you will receive your order. Below are the expected delivery timescales:-
UK Mainland - Next Business Day
N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands - 2-3 Business Days
EU - 2-4 Business Days
What happens if I am not it when delivery is made?
For UK mainland you will be informed of the time of delivery and if you realise you are not going to be in at that time you have a point of contact to give any special delivery instructions such as leave in a safe place, leave with a neighbour or DPD do have drop off points that can be more convenient (e.g Sainsburys) If delivery fails on the first attempt it would usually be attempted the day after.
How do I return an item?
We have an integrated returns process, if you login to your account and find you item you want to return you can click return item and the follow the on screen instructions. But it is a good idea to call our customer service line on: 01249 714466 first to see if there is anything we can do to help or if you need further assistance. Or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can accept a return for an item within 14 days (Returns are extended over the Christmas period - You can return any gifts that are not correct if you contact us before the New Year) provided it has not been used and is in the original packaging. Please note we would not be able to accept a return on an item that has been modified or used. If you have received an item in error we will reimburse your postage costs.
What if I make an error on my order?
