We use DPD Local as a courier - They are fantastic and offer some great services. We aim to get every parcel out on a next business day delivery. Your parcel will arrive hassle free, quickly and with regular updates. They make it very easy to make special arrangements, read their info below to see why DPD Local are probably the best courier in England. 
 
Some small orders such as clothing, gloves, accessories etc may be sent through Royal Mail first class recorded which should also be 1 business day

 

Predict & Follow My Parcel

 

It's always been more difficult to deliver to home addresses than business premises. That's why we've developed a unique interactive service that advises your customers when their packages will arrive with a one hour delivery window, along with the ability to track their delivery on a real-time map.

 

 

DPD Local's industry leading innovations give customers an unrivalled parcel delivery experience.

 

 

Predict

 

Thanks to Predict, customers receive a one hour delivery window, plus a host of rescheduling options both the night before and on the day of delivery.

 

 

Follow My Parcel

 

What's more, Follow My Parcel enables customers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, with a 15 minute time slot also provided. Tracking info will be emailed to you or you will receive a text from our courier depending on what contact info you include on your order.

 

 

With DPD Pickup, customers can choose, at the point of sale, to have their order delivered to the nearest DPD Pickup point. Or if they are not going to be at home for a delivery, an 'in-flight' option is now available through the text and email notifications, by which the delivery can be diverted to a local DPD Pickup point.

 

 

Customers can also manage any returns via their local DPD Pickup point. We continue to innovate, and with many online shoppers used to click-and-collect as a delivery option, DPD Pickup gives retailers another great option for their customers.

 

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY only available if ordered before 1pm.

 

Returns

We have an integrated returns process,  if you login to your account and find you item you want to return you can click return item and the follow the on screen instructions. But it is a good idea to call our customer service line on: 01249 714466 first to see if there is anything we can do to help or if you need further assistance. Or you can email us at website@tonyvalentine.com 

We can accept a return for an item within 30 days (Returns are extended over the Christmas period - You can return any gifts that are not correct if you contact us before the New Year) provided it has not been used and is in the original packaging. Please note we would not be able to accept a return on an item that has been modified. If in the unlikely event you have received the wrong item we will reimburse your postage costs and will exchange for the correct item asap.

 

 

Faulty Goods

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

 

But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

 

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement”

 

Online/Mail Order Goods

 

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.”

 

Please note we would not be able to accept a return on an item that has been modified or has been custom made for you.

 

Christmas Returns

Returns are extended over the Christmas period - You can return any gifts that are not correct if you contact us before the New Year

Incorrect Items Received

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label and get the correct item sent out asap or a swift refund.

Worried that you might order a pair that does not fit?

 

Dont Panic!

You can return any pair that does not fit to us for a full refund or you can exchange it for a different size. 

You would need to send the shoes back to us and we would give you a refund on their arrival or send out a replacement in most cases on a next day delivery.
