Established in 1873 in a shed near North Berwick Golf Club in Scotland, the brand is widely recognised as the oldest golf company in the world. The man himself competed in 33 British Open Championships and made clubs for King Edward VII, while the company he founded went on to create some of the most significant innovations in golf's history, including the first carbon-shafted clubs, the first oversized driver, and the famous Benny putter, the first ever to feature a square-edged grip.

The M8 package set range

The M8 is Ben Sayers' flagship product and one of the most complete package sets on the market at its price point. The 2026 M8 range is available in a wide variety of configurations, from a six-piece half set for juniors and beginners through to a full 13-piece set covering driver, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and a mallet putter. Woods and hybrids feature expanded sweet spots and a lowered centre of gravity for high, straight launch, while the classic cavity-back irons use perimeter weighting and a wider sole for maximum forgiveness on off-centre strikes. All sets come with either a stand or cart bag depending on the configuration chosen, and the range covers men's, ladies', and junior options.

Individual clubs

Beyond the package sets, Ben Sayers also produces individual wedges, putters, and chippers for golfers looking to fill a specific gap in the bag. The XF Pro wedge range covers the key lofts from 52 to 60 degrees, while the FX putter is a traditional blade-style option with perimeter weighting and an offset hosel for clean alignment at address.
