RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please get in touch and we will guide you through the process.

General Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
  • We are unable to accept returns on modified or custom-made items
  • If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return postage and dispatch the correct item promptly

Shoe Returns: We understand that sizing can be tricky, so we make shoe returns as easy as possible. You are welcome to order two sizes and return the one that does not fit. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item, and replacement orders are typically dispatched the next day.

Order Errors & Cancellations: If there is an error with your order, or you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible on 01249 714466 or at info@tonyvalentine.com. Cancellations can only be made before an item has been dispatched.

Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to a full refund if goods are unsatisfactory, unfit for purpose, or not as described. This right applies within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we will arrange a repair or replacement where applicable.

Online & Mail Order Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, orders placed online, by phone, or by mail may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Christmas Returns: We extend our returns window over the festive period. If you have received an incorrect gift, please contact us before the New Year and we will be happy to help.
