Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using DPD, a fast and reliable courier service providing tracking updates and delivery notifications via email and SMS where available.

Delivery Costs

• Orders over £50 - FREE standard delivery

• Orders under £50 - £5.49 standard delivery charge

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window from DPD.

If you have specific delivery instructions, these can usually be added directly through the DPD tracking link.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days

• Next Working Day Delivery: Available on selected items only and subject to courier performance

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands, and other remote locations may take longer

• Custom Orders & Custom Fit Clubs: Typically 10-14 business days, depending on manufacturer lead times and component availability

Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

If a delivery is missed, DPD may attempt redelivery or provide collection options directly.

We recommend reporting shortages or delivery issues within 7 days of receipt to help us investigate courier claims promptly.
